Agility Badge

Agility BadgeWe all came in our trainers and had a night of keeping fit.

We followed the steps in the badge and started with a warm up, then we split into groups.

Each group did a different activity and we moved around the groups so that everyone had a go at all of the activities.  The groups were skipping (60 steps), hula hooping (20 seconds), ball throwing and catching (10 catches) and aerobic exercise (we designed our own aerobics exercise sequence).

We then did sit ups, balancing on one leg, running on the spot, hopping, press ups and tuck jumps.

Some very red faced Brownies left at the end of the evening.
