We have booked to do some star gazing at Wynyard Woodland Park. Hopefully we will learn all about the stars and planets which will help with our Star Gazing badge next week.

You will have received a letter for the time and place, please get in touch if you haven't.

DONT FORGET - for the World Gudiing badge you need to find out what WAGGGS mean, what the parts of the World Badge mean and something about each of the 4 World Centres. Bring either this week or next week.

During our visit to the Planetarium at Wynyard Park we completed the first 3 activities of the Stargazer badge.

Tonight we will learn about the phases of the moon, name the planets and learn why sailors needed to know about the stars.
