We decided to take yet another challenge, this time it was the Cup Cake Challenge set by 1st South Walsham Guides. We did the Cup Cake Relay Challenge (see the photos below), we had a Bun Fight, we did the Cup Cake Code Cracker, a Cup Cake Wordsearch and finally make Cup Cake fridge magnets.

We made things, ate things and learnt things. Here are just a few of the activities we got up to. One of the challenges is to make edible toadstools. We decided to combine this with making easter nests as we are approaching Easter. The toadstools are made out of red and white icing which was moulded to make the main shape, and then topped with icing spots.

We downloaded the pack (go to Toftwood Brownies to download your copy) and we decided to spend 3 weeks taking the challenge. The wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton took place on April 29th 2011. To commemorate this event, a badge has been designed along with a set of activities relating to marrriage, weddings and the Royal family. We decided to take the challenge! To begin with we made a card to send to the happy couple which we all signed. We also designed our very own stamps. Here are just a few examples of our fabulous artwork. We also did a Royal Word Search and played lots of games.
