Each year Sedgefield Town Council organise tub planting on the village green and invite children from various groups to take part. This is a regular event for 2nd Sedgefield Brownies and we always take 6 or so Brownies to help plant some superb looking tubs.
This helps Sedgefield with it’s Britain in Bloom entry.
In 2014, Sedgefield won a gold award and Best Small Town in Northumbria.
